Take Route 4 West to Route 208. (You will pass the Nabisco plant on 208 in Glen Rock before entering the town of Hawthorne.) Take the exit for Goffle Rd. to Ridgewood. (Not Goffle Rd. to Paterson.) (You will see a Chevy dealer, a Hess station and a traffic light before getting to the end of this road.) At the end of Goffle Rd. turn left onto Godwin Avenue. Orchard street is the 6th street on the right after the first traffic light. (You may miss one single lane road that looks like a driveway and only count 5 streets.) From Oakland and Route 287:

Take Route 208 South (East). Take the exit for Goffle Rd. to Ridgewood. (Not Goffle Rd. to Paterson.) IF YOU DO NOT GO UNDER 208 THEN YOU'RE GOING THE WRONG WAY. From Route 20:

Take Route 20 North to the end following the signs to Hawthorne. (You will be following the river on your right as you get to the north end of Route 20.) At the end bear left. (The road becomes a 4 lane, one way city street.) Go about 4 blocks and make your first right hand turn over the river. This is Lincoln Avenue. Stay on Lincoln Avenue to the end in Ridgewood. (There is a light here.) Make a left onto Godwin Avenue. (You will pass a Burger King on the left.) Orchard street is the 6th street on the right after the second traffic light.
